Enjoy our brand new oceanfront pool area , hot tub and BBQ pavilion (completed Nov 2021)! Kona Reef Oceanfront Resort is the 1st choice in vacation rentals. Unit A37 (previously the developers unit) is one of the largest units 1200 sq feet, offering the most spectacular panoramic views of the Pacific and sunsets. Brand new and beautifully decorated fully equipped kitchen, with granite counter tops with new stainless appliances, and new bathrooms. We are one of the 3 condos with Central Air (brand new system installed June 2024). The space Great for families featuring 2 bedrooms each with new mattresses, TV's and 2 new full bathrooms, one of the largest living rooms with a new 65" TV.. Brand New Kitchen with all new appliances, and a bar/beverage area. Indoor dining area/workspace with new furniture and central air condition throughout. Attention triathletes! We are just 1 mile to the Ironman start and finish, and the 1.2 mile ironman swim turnaround is viewable from the lanai, and the run course passes infront of our complex. Great location for training, racing and viewing the the Ironman World Championships. It's everything and more you could want for your Hawaiian vacation. Personalized keyless lock entry. There is a 3-night minimum/10-night during Ironman and Christmas seasons. The waves are so soothing, and the sunset couch shell ritual was awesome! We were able to walk to many restaurants in town and the onsite parking made trips to other parts of the island easy. The views are unforgettable and the apartment is furnished to a high and modern standard throughout. Just a 10-15 min walk in to Kona which is a blessing as parking is very limited in the town. We were only here for 3 nights but it was a highlight of our trip and we’d love to return in future. ##### Alexander H. The view from the unit is fantastic. My favorite part of this place is there was ocean noise the whole time so if we were on the patio the only thing you could hear was the waves breaking. What a treat to have natures noisemaker drowning out any other noises. Great location too! Walking distance to great food, drinks and coffee. The unit was very clean and larger than we expected. The kitchen was well stocked too! Overall we were all very pleased with this unit and would stay here again in a heartbeat. ##### Jay M.
