We could see that it was recently renovated. Perfect location, walking distance to bars and restaurants and very convenient if you want to explore the island by car. Nice lanai, well set up kitchen (except we couldn't find a rice cooker), comfortable bed and sofabed mattress. Nice swimming pool. Great location for walking to get a bite to eat, grocery shop and down to the water. We did have a car so the parking was needed. A/C and living room fan worked nicely. The unit is set up to have a nice cross breeze in the evening. TV is streaming ready. Good sized washer and dryer in the unit with laundry soap too. There were also beach towels, a goza (straw) beach mat and two beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Patricia M. Only negative thing worth mentioning is the air conditioning. 2 window stile units very new however, under sized for the square footage. I have found this is not unusual for Hawaii living though. The island is behind the times when it comes to room air conditioning. Need to start installing correctly sized mini split units. They work great in the rest of the world. ##### Mark G.
