This hotel was great! Super close to everything you need. If you are looking to stay in the area of Waikiki, you won’t really need a car, everything you need is walkable, and/or bike-able. Staff is what really made it a great experience, everyone was so friendly and helpful.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

This was in a good location that was easily walkable but also had good driving access. We liked that there was 24hr security and parking included.
I wish the listing was clear on what floor you're on because we had zero view from the balcony. Also, the sofa-bed mattress was about 2" thick and you could feel every spring. Besides the sofa-bed though, everything felt well maintained.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and gadgets but it would have been nice to have other non perishable consumables left behind as we've had in the past with other rental properties (e.g. coffee filters, tinfoil, etc.).

We had 3 rooms in the Mahalani tower 2nd floor. Very nice rooms with view of ocean and pool. The staff and food were both excellent. Breakast at Surf Lanai was delicious. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

It was extremely noisy, even though we were in a top floor. It was due the dated windows. I also did not like the fact that the facility had no parking.
