The unit was outdated and in need of just basic paint which would have made it feel cleaner. My last day I dropped something that rolled under the bed and it was filthy. I’m so glad that was not my first night stay. The first twos says we had to deal with kids screaming after 11pm first two nights. Talked with manager and was told on the second day that they were leaving in another day so we just had to listen to it??? Kitchen sink had an unknown smell so we didn’t cook at all of which I do to offset the cost. I’ve never had to launder my towels there before but now we did because there is a fee for fresh ones. What a huge disappointment after waiting all this time with the Covid situation. Not sure if Vasasa was the real issue but seems like it was. On top of it all I was made to pay an additional 1k to rebook due to a medical emergency and we had to reschedule from July to October.
