The condo can accommodate up to 3 guests with a queen-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious main living area includes Hawaiian-themed furniture and a large flat-screen TV. Unwind and cool down with a queen-size bed and air conditioning. The remodeled bathroom features a large vanity and a luxurious walk-in shower. This unit features an oceanfront lanai with a dining table for 2\. Access the pool deck directly from the lanai. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 2 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful blue countertop and full-size appliances. The Orchid Building includes a complimentary, shared laundry facility on the ground floor. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees. The view is amazing, it was super clean and comfortable! It had all the amenities you would need. Had no issues. Enjoyed the free laundry facilities. Quiet location with a cove next door with 13+ turtles every day and night. We had a rental car so location didn’t really matter.
