The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a King-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living space. The spacious main living area includes modern furniture with tropical touches and a large flat-screen TV. A split A/C unit is also equipped in the living room as well as ceiling fans to help stay cool. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. The serene bedroom includes a King-size bed and a washer and dryer for your convenience The bedroom is also equipped with a split A/C unit. The remodeled bathroom is updated with a luxurious walk in shower with custom tilework. The oceanfront expansive lanai includes a dining table for 4 and a lounge chair. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The high-end kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry and granite countertops. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping a breeze. The Noelani Resort is located in a highly desirable area, sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns). I sat on the lanai and watched the turtles swimming against the rocks many times. It's quite peaceful! The washer and dryer are clutch, the pools were nice, the kitchen was well equipped with basics. Only thing I'd change is the addition of a shower door (we used a lot of towels to dry the floor each time one of us showered) but I would deal with this again in order to stay in this lovely unit. ##### Julie B. Very noisy from unit above…heavy footsteps and clunking furniture around. Also very noisy in bedroom from stairwell just outside the window and parking lot. The only thing that felt dirty was the floor. When we arrived the floor was dirty. Our clean white socks were dirty as soon as we walked in it. In the kitchen area there were food stains on the floor that had not been washed off. The shower did leak water on the floor, but that was just annoying. We just kept a towel there and that took care of it. We would definitely come and stay in this unit again!
