Four of us (2 couples) stayed here for 15 nights. It felt like we landed in heaven. Whales, rainbows, a warm pool, fabulous bedrooms (both with fuse and comfortable king beds, and our own bathrooms! We loved this place so much and will be back. Also, Maui paradise who are the property managers were fantastic to work with
Our stay at Hololani was perfect. Location was close to many beaches. We enjoyed the evenings on the balcony after a day in the sun. Property manager was kind and helpful, even driving us to pick up our rental car. Above and beyond!
Wonderful 2-bedroom with great views. Although it’s on the water, there’s no actual beach, but there’s one within walking distance. Location makes it an easy drive to many other beaches, the northwest end of Maui and grocery stores in Lahaina, and there’s a convenience store, liquor store and a couple restaurants within walking distance. Although the unit has no AC, opening windows and doors lets the breezes flow through and kept us comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
Condo is nice and roomy. The lanai has stunning views of Molokai and Lani. We saw several whales while having morning coffee! The master bedroom has screens allowing the sound of the ocean every night while falling asleep. Walking distance to restaurants and close to great beaches. We had a fantastic time!
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved being right on the water and listening to the waves whenever we were at the condo. The kitchen is stocked well and we were able to make some meals which was great! We also appreciated the washer and dryer. The condo is less than a ten minute drive to several beautiful beaches. We would absolutely stay here again!
Our 2nd time renting here and we love it so much! Clean, beautiful, comfortable. We love the neighborhood and enjoyed grabbing local food and having dinner on the balcony with the best view! Beds are comfortable and the morning views from our rooms was breathtaking! Kitchen is well stocked with all apliances and we couldn't have been happier!
I will say there is no air conditioner and the 1st night was hot and humid but there are lots of fans and the rest of our stay we adjusted! We love this unit sooooo much!

The sunset view is just amazing every night! And if you can stay up to see the moon set even more beautiful. Clean property all around. Being on the end was really nice getting the cross draft and the sun not shining all morning long. In regards to the ongoing construction, they crews set up right outside the room and the people working on the property were very respectful and didn’t really start working until after 8 am and remained quiet for the most part. So that wasn’t an issue. We would definitely stay again!
HLA204 is exactly as described and in the pics! Beautiful ocean views from EVERY room! Saw several whales from the balcony and even saw a turtle one of the mornings! GREAT LOCATION - 3min walk to Hawaiian Village coffee shop, Maui Brewing, Snorkel Bob's Surf Shop and Whaler's General Store (at the gas station). Also 3min walk in one direction to China Boat Restaurant (recommended - take out only) and the other direction to Miso Phat Sushi (recommended - reservations required) and Dollie's Pub (recommended). 8min drive to Black Rock beach (highly recommended - great snorkeling!) and Whalers Village (shopping, restaurants, etc - highly recommended) and Airport Beach (recommended - snorkeling). Also just a 5min drive to food truck park (highly recommended) and grocery store. On site HEATED pool is awesome - we went in for a dip almost each evening! Although there is technically "a beach access" by the property it's not really a beach...if you want one within walking distance, walk 7mins north (past China Boat restaurant) and there's an access point to Kahana Village Beach Bay which feels quite secluded and private. Management company was very responsive before, during and after our stay! The beach chairs, towels and hard-top cooler that are provided in the unit were fantastic - we used them almost every day and saved us the hassle (and ) of renting them! Overall, great unit, great location that I would highly recommend - Mahalo!!
Lovely condo with amazing views and everything we needed
We had a great visit. The condo had everything we needed and it was so nice to be right on the water. I’ll miss falling asleep to the sound of the waves.
We loved the location and ease of access this unit provided. Beautiful ocean views from inside and from the balcony. The beach was not crowded, and we saw turtles swimming just offshore each day. We loved having the beach chairs, cooler, and towels to take with us on our outings.
This condo is as advertised. Lots of space for 2 couples, well equipped with everything you will need on vacation. Would definitely book again! Thanks for a wonderful vacation and sharing your space with us!!

This property was great for our family of 5. We loved That both bedrooms had ocean views. We sat on the lanai and watched the whales every day.
The condo was well equipped and roomy enough for us. I do wish it was closer to a beach, but there are several a short drive away.
The photos are accurate and sea turtles everywhere. Property well managed. Noise from others was minimal which I was thankful to not hear kids screaming at the pool all the time. Biggest complaint was that the building says no smoking all over it but people just go to the north and smoke leaving the smell to waft into my open windows since no AC.
Accommodations were perfect for our family of 4 at a reasonable rate. Location was excellent between Kaanapali Beach and Kapalua Bay just minutes in either direction. The views from our deck in the morning’s….magical! Tough to go home.
