Location, location, location! Located between Kaanapali and Kapalua you will find the quaint town of Kahana. about 15 minutes from downtown Lahaina, 10 minutes from Whaler’s Village and walking distance to Maui Brewing.
Kahana-Napili affords some of the best dining on the island, and is perfect for snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, whale watching or just taking in the sun. And Napili was voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the World, I agree!

Breathtaking views of Molokai and Lanai from all living areas of this sensational unit in the Sands of Kahana. Newly remodeled and all new upgraded furnishings and luxurious appointments. This rare, air conditioned 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with private lanai is one of the most spacious waterfront units in Maui. From the moment you enter your vacation condo, you will breathe in the most sensational ocean view. You would have to be a cruise ship to get any closer to the ocean.

The large kitchen is fully equipped for the gourmet chef. Stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, range, microwave, and fridge equipped with filtered water and ice dispenser from the door. Should you grow weary of all the fabulous restaurants the west side of Maui provides, enjoy a home cooked meal or barbecue at sunset as your kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from Rachel Rey bakeware to an Insta pot.

Generous living and dining room area boast glorious views and plenty a room for gatherings. Every piece of furniture is new and accented with artwork by world famous Steve Barton and tasteful Decor.

The front master bedroom has the same amazing view and has a king size bed. We added a full Wall to add to the privacy and better appeal in living room. The second bedroom is also a master suite and both have upgraded and was completely remodeled bathrooms with granite counters and tiled showers.

After a nice day at the beach or pool, you can stretch out and watch TV on the oversized (for Maui) smart TV.

Full size front loading Stainless washer and dryer is a must for a beach vacation.

Conveniently located with parking on site included in fees should you want to rent a car. Maui is calling!

A Great Vacay Getaway!

Appointments were lovely, location and view were fantastic, the kitchen was stocked with quality utensils every cook would appreciate, and more than enough clothes hangers! Much appreciated the pool and water toys, beach towels, and air conditioning! Restaurant and Bar on site were handy too. We saw lots of sea turtles as well as some dolphins right from the veranda.

Beautiful Property

This property provided the setting for a wonderful vacation week in Maui. It is the little details that sets this spacious property above others - like plenty of hangers in the closets, the many small appliances in the well-equipped kitchen and provided beach accessories. We spent many hours on the lanai taking in the spectacular views. Owners were quick to respond to communications prior to and after arrival.

Stunning!!

We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. It is much larger than any other we have stayed at before. The view is absolutely amazing and the sunsets are stunning! We saw whales and plenty of turtles from the property! The home was immaculate, fully stocked with everything we needed and the beds and pillows are VERY comfortable! We didn’t want to leave, but we will certainly return!

Views and Breezes

We stayed in this excellent two bedroom condo for 8 days. The ocean front view was wonderful and sleeping so close to the ocean was very soothing. The master bedroom is oceanfront, which is not always easy to find in Hawaii. Many times the master bedroom is at the back of the unit.. No complaints, in fact, we never talked to the property manager/owner as there were absolutely no issues.

Great stay in Maui!!

We had a great trip over Thanksgiving. Condo is beautiful and upgraded with central air. We liked the location where we could easily get to Kaanapali for all the activities, but were away from the hustle and bustle. Pool is simple but warm, much better than some fancy resorts that have slides and lazy rivers but the water is so cold your kids won’t go in. We also visited the nearby Nāpili beaches and blowhole. Location was perfect!

Our stay in Maui was just fabulous. The nicely updated unit was well appointed with everything we could possibly want or need during our stay. It was so relaxing to sit on the lanai and watch for whales and take in the gorgeous sunsets. Truly a little slice of paradise!

A Piece of Paradise

Our stay could not have been better. Resort living at its best. Well equipped condo with only the finest touches. The restaurant onsite ... Capt. Jack's was fabulous for meals and happy hour. Be sure to check out Duke's for hula pie. Enjoyed many early morning hours and sunsets on the lanai. I think the double rainbow was created by Kelli just for us! Communication with host was immediately available. The only thing the four of us can say is Mahalo.

A Real Winner!!

This is an AMAZING unit! The view was fantastic! The pool and beach were outside the door. They had a restaurant next to the pool, that was convenient. The unit itself was very comfortable, with a great balcony that looks over the ocean/beach/pool. It is fully stocked and lacks nothing. They have several natural gas grill stations, which we used.Parking spots are really tight, that would be my only improvement.

Stunning Views and Great Location

We loved our stay in this conveniently located unit with all of the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The views are spectacular and immediate beach access is a plus. A variety of nice restaurants are within a short distance and even the trip to Mamma's Fish House only took an hour--absolutely worth the drive if you can get in. Added bonus this week were the two different Munk Seals that lounged on the beach just up from the property. Thanks!

Amazing and Beautiful!

We were so fortunate to find this gem last minute for a birthday celebration trip. What a perfect place! Perfectly remodeled, new and gorgeous! Super comfortable beds. An incredible stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need - and so organized! Beautiful view right at the ocean front. Easy to access and close to other things to do (go to the Gazebo for breakfast!) We saw turtles, swam, sunned, walked the beach. Just a gorgeous place. Mahalo to the owners for creating this place!

Home away from home

Property was very clean and had everything you could need. It's right in front of the beach so you can wake up and take a morning stroll or have a romantic walk in the evening. Or just sit back on the recliner and enjoy a beautiful view. The owners were very accommodating with a special request we had. I would 100% come back to this condo.

First time in Hawaii

This condo was exactly as it was stated. Beautiful, right on the beach, easy check-in, no parking fee, tons of kitchen items to eat/cook there, lots of room for four adults. Vance and Kelli were extremely quick in their responses to questions.Only negative comment I would say is that for the price, it would have been nice to have bathroom amenities to cover the week we were there given the service and management fees that we paid. Unfortunately, there was no laundry detergent as stated there would be. Other than that, I would absolutely stay their again and will recommend to anyone going to Maui.

What a view

This property is amazing!! The pictures online dont do this place justice. The minute you walk in the decor, the ceiling height and then boom!!! That ocean view, absolutely amazing. We have stayed at many places in Maui over the years and this condo just might be the best one yet. Condo is fully stocked with everything you will need during your and more. Location is great as well, nice and laid back area close to everything. Will definitely be booking again

Beautiful condo, perfect location

Had an absolute wonderful vacation staying at this beautifully decorated and roomy condo. The condo was very spacious for 4 adults and had all the items you needed to feel at home. Views are gorgeous all day long and especially the sunsets. The location was perfect as you felt like you had a private beach, there was always room at the pool, and the Beach House restaurant was excellent. The restaurant had a fun, causal atmosphere with good food, large portions, and a very friendly staff. In terms of traveling to shopping or excursions you were there in 10-25 minutes. This resort is not in the middle of the busy resort area and therefore felt relaxing and laid back. Thank you for the great communication and attention to detail.

9 days of amazing views!

Stayed here with my husband and two kids (20s). The view from the condo was amazing sunsets!!! The place was clean and large. It even had a few things to get us started for our stay. The beach was right out the door and was easy to enter and snorkel. Saw turtles and some fish everyday. There was a cute restaurant close that we could Grabs drinks and snacks. When we checked in a few things were broken but within 6 hours of telling the owners they were fixed! Loved having a washer dryer for our 8 days of swimming and site seeing. Anything we needed was a walk or a short drive ( under 10min). Condo was very roomy we could have easily fit 2 more without an issue. Looking forward to visiting again.

There were many positives about the condo. Its location is fabulous. The beach was perfect. However, we found the condo was lacking in other areas. The dishwasher is corroded and gives off a bad smell when you open it. The refrigerator’s filter needed to be changed, and would beep after a few days of ignoring it, so we had to reset it without replacing the filter. The outside table was dirty when we arrived but once I messaged the owner it was cleaned. However, the windows looking outside were still covered in salt water. There were also no paper towels but those were also brought in once we messaged the owner. No nose tissues and we were given 2 1 oz shampoos and conditioners and body wash. Not enough for a week with 2 adults and 1 child. The carpet should be replaced as it is quite worn and the bathroom fan was filled with dust and debris. I usually don’t leave negative notes, but after being charged what a 5 star hotel was charging a night, I was not thrilled with the accommodations. We have stayed many times in Maui and won’t be coming back to this unit. With that said, our friends stayed in the next building and they only paid $450 a night and didn’t have the same issues.
