"I had an excellent stay at Mason Seven Apartment in Al-Obour. The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything was arranged to a high standard, creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Mr Ahmed was especially responsive and attentive, ensuring that any questions or requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The airport shuttle service was outstanding, punctual, reliable, and very well organised, which made travelling to the airport easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Mason Seven Apartment to anyone visiting Al-Obour and would happily stay there again."

"We are longtime visitors to this hotel due to its location and easy access fo the airport. We never had an issue before but our last issue was one for the history books. We paid for one room and extended our stay through Expedia selecting the option to pay when we get to the hotel. The check in counter helped us to keep our room and everything started normally. Then came the strange thing. The supervisor called my husband abroad to tell him we did not pay and settle the payment and let me know. I was in my room for four hours and never stopped by. Later he demanded we pay and even came in our room without our permission to make sure we were legitimate. Then the final straw. They locked us out of our room!! This while I was with my daughter and having my own personal issues to deal with. After I erupted at them for this behavior they wanted to make it right in all fairness by offering me a token discount but I declined. I never want to come back here after this experience. Make sure you prepay because unlike many hotels that treat you with respect and understand you will pay when you leave as an option this one does neither. It isn’t an option for payment OF respect. This wa before an international trip when I needed to rest on my leg of the journey. Shame on you Le Meridian and Marriot by extension."

"St, Regis New Capital Cairo is one of the most beautiful and relaxing hotels we stayed at as a family. I was there two years ago and we decided to come back as a family this year. The hotel is very clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff is superior, they are ready to help and answer questions/needs in no time. Special thanks to Rougina Makram, the head of the reception staff and her dedicated and professional team. She was very helpful accommodating our request for the rooms that suites our need as a family. The rooms are very spacious and lovely with lots of amenities. Beds are very comfortable. Washrooms are spacious and clean. We enjoyed both the outdoor and indoor swimming pools. The gym is amazing. Open buffet breakfast was beyond excellent with variety of plentiful food options. I think it is one of the best in the tens of Marriot group hotels that I have stayed at globally. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was excellent. I would give St. Regis hotel 10 out of 10 as an amazing hotel, its superior staff and excellent service. They are the best in professional and high quality hospitality, Again, one of the best globally, (we travel to over 30 countries globally, and we can't wait to come back to St. Regis and to Egypt."
