The living room has a large comfortable seating area that includes a queen size sleeper sofa, a twin sleeper sofa, and an ocean view! The dining nook houses a beautiful wood table. The full-size kitchen gleams with plentiful cabinets and gorgeous counter countertops have an ocean view. The bright and spacious living area opens to a private lanai with an expansive ocean view. The lanai opens with a gorgeous 180-degree view of the beach overseeing Lanai and Molokai islands! Enjoy your morning coffee, listen to tropical birds, and watch the sunset with its brilliant colors each evening! It is also the perfect spot to watch the whales play during whale season. Wake up each morning in your king-size bed to a spectacular ocean view without ever getting up.

Kaanapali Shores is located just a few minutes from the world-famous Kaanapali Beach and its mile of white sand. There is also a variety of restaurants, surf shops, and upscale shopping at Whalers Village. Lahaina is another few minutes past Kaanapali with more ocean, more beaches, more great restaurants, and more fun shopping. A few minutes north is the Kapalua Resort area with several golf courses, restaurants, zip lining, and hiking trails.
The resort is famous for the Aloha feels! two swimming pools, two spa pools, saunas, shops, a gym, a restaurant/bar, tennis courts, a Pickleball court, and many other games plus the beach access! Quam Properties provides basic amenities like bath towels. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and more! 1 King Bed, 1 Queen & twin sleeper sofa. Minimum 4-night stay. 17.962% State taxes added to all rates. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on the total rental amount. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
