We loved our stay in this unit at the Whaler, this was our first time in this condo, but second time at the Whaler. We love the location where we can walk to snorkeling at Black Rock, get coffee in the morning at Whaler's Village and then go look at the flamingos at the Westin, and be close to most things we wanted to do on the west side. The unit was very clean, and as some people mentioned, could use some updating, but overall the unit is great. And you can't beat the view! Waking up to Black Rock every morning was the absolute best. I will note for anyone in this unit, you can't see the sunset from the unit, you will need to go down to the beach. We loved it since we would pick up the chairs and then sit on the sand every night to enjoy the sunset. In my opinion, Tower 2 is better than Tower 1 based on the view alone. We would definitely stay in this unit again! Check in was really easy, we got right in at 3pm, the shopping carts in the underground parking made it really easy for us to take less trips to our room.
