Limited noise is expected on the 4th floor, however hot water will be shut down periodically for up to 8 hours, 4 days per week (construction hours) during certain phases of work. Additionally, the building provided central HVAC will be shut down periodically during various phases of work. This Condo already provides Solar Blinds and Blackout Curtains but for the duration of the HVAC shutdown, we have provided 10,000 BTU portable Air Conditioners (vented through the sliding doors). During the HVAC shutdown, we will offer guests an additional 15% discount from standard rates which is reflected in our current pricing. \` House Rules: 1\. The temp AC unit in living room did not cool it enough to eat at the dining room table or enjoy the living room. Was given 3 fans super loud this really wasnt the atmosphere for relaxation.
