Upgraded studio with a king bed Maui Kaanapali Villas A414 is a beautiful 4th-floor hotel style studio that accommodates up to 2 guests. Inside, you'll be welcomed by a bright, airy space filled with natural light along with a partial ocean view from your lanai. It features a California king-sized bed, table for 2, Smart TV, and central A/C. The unit does not have a kitchen--for your convenience, it includes a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge, ideal for storing snacks, quick bites, or leftovers from nearby restaurants. The bathroom has a walk-in tile shower—perfect for winding down after a day of island adventures. This condo (A414) is located next to the owner's neighboring hotel room (A412). When available, both can be rented together to create a two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup, perfect for families or couples traveling together. Upon checking in at the front desk, Maui Kaanapali Villas has a $35 per day facility fee. This Resort Fee includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles are subject to an extra $10 per day. Maui Ka'anapali Villas features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, and a beach activities center where they offer beach rentals such as stand-up paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel sets, and more. The resort also features an onsite restaurant, Castaways Café, the Third Heaven Spa & Massage, and a state-of-the-art Precor fitness center with 24-hour access, yoga classes 3 times per week, and access to hospitality bathrooms for early arrivals and late departures.
