We named our special getaway "Nani," which means "beauty" in Hawaiian, for the breathtaking view from our ocean-front vacation home. This spacious 10th floor studio condominium is ideal for viewing the famous Maui rainbows and sunsets. From the comfort of your private balcony watch whales, dolphins, and turtles swim by, and enjoy the 180-degree unobstructed view of the ocean, the beach below, and the islands of Lanai and Molokai. The unit has central air conditioning\* and a fully equipped kitchen for those who enjoy cooking. The living room has been remodeled with wood flooring, a king-sized bed with high-quality mattress and a new sofa sleeper to accommodate a third person. If you need to work remotely, there is excellent Wi-Fi, a printer and long-distance calling to the United States and Canada. The Mahana is located at the northern end of the famous Kaanapali Beach, with miles of beach to explore and calmer water ideal for snorkeling and swimming. The adjacent beach boardwalk, which leads to Whaler's Village and beyond, is perfect for walking or jogging. There are restaurants, food trucks, and a grocery store all within walking distance. Only minutes away by car, you can enjoy a wide range of excellent restaurants from Lahaina north to Kapalua. Words and pictures don’t do this condo any justice. The check-in process was incredibly easy and quick, and the condo is well stocked. They literally think of everything. The view was amazing. You are literally right off the beach and we saw turtles and other sea life from where we were. We also left the balcony door open and closed the screen at night and the sounds of the waves lulled us to sleep every single night. When we come back to Maui, this is where we will stay. Only stayed 3 nights so bonus for us was the quick walk to the food truck(s) lot. Lots of choices. Very easy check-in process, beach chairs, snorkling gear, beach towels, nice pool/hot tub, ne BBQs. We loved our time at this property. It was stocked with everything as promised and everything was in great condition. It was clean and well-supplied. Communication was clear and questions were answered immediately. The location of this property cannot be beat for water views, especially during whale season. We sat out on the balcony for hours watching the whales and turtles. Bring binoculars for a closer view of the whales! The beach out front was nice to sit on and we snorkled a little from shore there as well. The building as a whole was very clean and nice with wonderful facilities and easy parking. The location was great for walking to the Times Market, several restaurants, and food trucks. This is a great spot for a couple to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again (hopefully soon!) ##### Sean H. ### 10/10 Excellent #### April J. 1 Feb 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Location, location, location My husband,17 year old son and myself stayed here for our first trip to Maui We were alittle worried about being cramped ( son slept on the pull out sofa bed and it was very comfortable)We loved the kitchen, everything you would need.We stopped at Walmart after the airport and got some essentials.There is a grocery store within walking distance that was not much higher in price.Great selection and the food truck park is right there too.The host had beach chairs, snorkels, masks, everything for a day at the beach.The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing!Waves feet away, access to the beach directly out the back.(Host also provides binoculars) You can see turtles eating on the reef below.Whales every where.Walk about 100 feet and it is a nice beach without the reef You will not be disappointed by this condo!We drove to whaler's village area a few times for tours etc but returning back to this area it was very much a homey mellow vibe.Thank you for a wonderful stay.We'll be back Mahalo ##### April J.
