This first-floor corner unit gives you easy access to a lovely lanai and garden area separating us from the pool and jacuzzi Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and patio. The kitchen is well equipped, and stocked with what you'll need to dine inside or outside. Our home has a spacious dining area and comfortable living room with two sofas (1 sofa bed to relax in when you're not at the beach or pool. The lanai has a tropical feel with an exotic tamarind table for 6 to enjoy your breakfast on or work at depending on your needs. BBQ's are nearby, snorkeling, and water equipment is hidden for your use. It's the perfect place to start and end your day—near the beach, pickleball courts, and pool. The master offers a king-sized teak bed. The second bedroom offers a four-poster teak queen. To Ensure you have a great time at F-101, we’ve left a few things for you. There are boogie boards, beach chairs, a wagon, and sand toys. There are 4 tennis rackets, 4 pickleball rackets, and a basketball. There is even a six-string acoustic guitar for those who want to strum a little as they watch the sunset. Beach towels and Bamboo sheets are all part of our care to make sure you have a wonderful stay. It is a little corner of paradise, and we look forward to you enjoying it. Kaanapali Royal charges a flat $154 parking fee per car per stay. This fee goes directly to the complex and is not part of the VRBO fees. Super easy check in and great people to deal with. The condo itself had absolutely everything you could need, for cooking, storing, relaxing, visiting and heading out to the beach. Location on ground level and close to the pool was perfect for just hopping down to the hot tub for a relaxing soak after a long day of hiking, or going back and forth if you forgot something in the condo. The owners were super helpful anytime we had any questions and we felt they genuinely wanted to make our stay the best it could be! They had great ideas about where to go to hike and for meals if you didn’t want to stay in. There was plenty of room for our family of three to stretch out and the first floor location was just steps from the pool, which was awesome for an after dinner swim or hot tub. We also used the gas grill in the pool area one night. The entire complex was really well maintained and there were several friendly kitties on the property too, most of which were happy for some head rubs. We enjoyed the relative quiet of the complex compared to the hustle and bustle of the big resorts. There was never more than a few families at the pool. And the big resorts, restaurants, and Whaler Village are a short walk away. We also played foot golf at the adjacent course, which is basically a mash-up of soccer and golf and fun way for us non-golfers to be on the course. The hosts graciously made sure we had boogie boards for our stay, as this is an activity our family really enjoys. And the beach closet had pretty much everything you'd need for a day at the beach -- plenty of towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkeling stuff, boogie boards -- plus stuff for kids. The only thing we didn't find was a cooler, but maybe there was one and we just didn't see it. We also wanted to try pickle ball, but ran out of time. We would definitely stay at this property again! Walking distance to the ocean. Everything we needed in a beautifully decorated condo. Clean and extremely comfortable. Kelly and Greg were terrific hosts. Would definitely stay here again. It had easy access to the pool and a really nice common area. The AC worked great and had us all sleeping soundly during the hot weather. Our family stayed at this home and we loved it! I had my 2 year old son and he loved having the pool and front lawn to play in! And we enjoyed having the pickle ball court to play in! We felt like we were immersed in the Hawaiian culture by staying in a condo vs a hotel/resort! Communication was quick and helpful. The property was well cared for, with excellent amenities and in a great location. While not on the beach, access to Kaanapali beach was a breeze once you know where to look for the free beach parking at the resort lots. ##### Andrea S. We stayed in this unit while visiting Maui and had an excellent experience! The condo was well stocked with whatever we needed from cooking to cleaning supplies! In addition, it makes a great condo for people with children because it’s located right on the main level with excellent access to the pool. It’s well laid out and has enough room to easily fit 4 adults and 3 children from what we experienced. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again if we’re in Maui! ##### Roger M.
