You have arrived at the Kaanapali Alii, the Hawaiian word for 'royalty', and the Kaanapali Alii is one of the finest luxury condos to stay in West Maui. Our Ocean View condo is OWNER OPERATED AND MANAGED. Our condo is not in the Rental Program at the Alii, so rest assure that our condo photos that you see here, is the condo unit #416 that you will rent directly from us on this site. Our condo is located in Building Four, the North end Corner unit on ground floor, Unit 416\. Our Ocean View spacious and luxurious family sized 2 bedroom / 2 bath is a totally re-designed and remodeled end corner ground floor condo spread over 1600 sq feet of open living space. We did not hold back, this is a five star award winning luxury condo. The decor is infused with the spirit of tropical elegance. Entertainment amenities include a 55 in. Samsung SMART TV, with secure WIFI internet service available in the condo. The master bedroom also has a 42 in. flat screen TV. For your security we also have installed a room safe in the master for your valuables. Our condo has an open plan design, the Front entrance has 2 Small Stairs, opening up from the hall entrance to the main living space, taking full advantage of the views as it is surrounded by large open windows, the advantage of our corner condo. The dining room has a large family sized table with seating for a party of 6 . . and there is also a kitchen island bar, that has added seating next to the dining room. Our family ground floor unit includes many extras not offered on any of the floors above. the condo is located on the North End Corner unit, which offers extra windows, extra light, and extra views. The condo does have private gardens surrounding the exterior bedrooms and dining areas windows for your privacy. The living room lanai slider opens up to the lush manicured lawn with tropical gardens, and a lit walkway with views of the pool areas and the beach front walkways and a Ocean view. Being on the ground floor allows you very quick and easy access in and out from the ocean view lanai. No need to take the elevator. . . It is like staying at a beach cottage with a full service resort in your own backyard. You have a wonderful grass play area for the young children, the 2 new pools, one is a children's pool, hot tubs, bbq’s, outdoor showers, covered outdoor cabana area with large flat screen tv's, most importantly is the the wonderful sandy Kaanapali Beach out front. Just down the walkway is the new Athletic fitness building and spa, tennis courts, and a yoga studio. Convenience is number one. Our Master bedroom has a wonderful California King bed with luxurious linens and also extra large walk-in closet including a small guest safe and Master bath 2 person large walk in shower. There are 2 full sized beds in the Guest bedroom, walk-in closet, large bathroom with lots of storage for guests items. We also have a queen sofa sleeper in living room, the condo is a perfectly comfortable fit for a party up to 6 guests. Both the Master bath and the Guest bath feature spacious walk-in showers, ( small 4 inch shower dam) floor to ceiling tiles, double vanities, lots of mirrors, well lit, and plenty of space. We also equip both bathrooms with hair dryers too! Make mealtime preparation enjoyable in your fully appointed and very spacious kitchen. The kitchen features top of the line Stainless Steel appliances, granite counter tops and veneer oak cabinets fully stocked for your gourmet cooking or if you choose use of the BBQ's at poolside. . . Our stainless steel appliances include a french door Fridge, with COLD FILTERED Water despenser INSIDE the left door, and an Ice Maker in the freezer bottom drawer. We have a built-in oven with a ceramic stove top, built in microwave, and the dishwasher. We have the single Pod system KEURIG COFFEE MACHINE and supply 10 pods on check-in. The dining table sits large groups, with room to spare and also extra seating at the bar side counter. Our living room is spacious and of contemporary design, still family friendly and comfortable. Last but not least we need to mention our laundry room, it has a full sized in-suite washer/dryer as well as iron and ironing board, just in case you are feeling a bit home sick... we stock laundry soap for you. Open the living room lanai sliders which is ocean view straight out front, and step out onto the lush manicured lawn that is surrounded with tropical gardens. Take a walk down the path way and enjoy the best beach on Maui. Our beach out front is the world famous Kaanapali Beach, here you can sun, swim, snorkel, surf, or even just lounge on the sandy beach! When you have had enough beach for the day, head back to the condo to your private lanai, we have set up a nice relaxing seating area, and also a outdoor patio table and chairs, here you can watch the world pass by, or sip your favorite java, take a nap, also great to sit back with a ice cold refreshment and watch the sunsets! Ideal location, great condo amenities (the grill area was perfect for grilling our fresh caught fish from the day), relaxing, clean, and had everything we needed. We really loved the garden level access. You can see the ocean from the patio and loved how convenient it was to just walk right out! The host's communication was great and check in was seamless. We really enjoyed our stay at Kaanapali Alii 416\. The location was perfect, on the ground floor and just adjacent to the pool area which made it great for the 3-year-old in our group. She loved running around on the lawn area every day and it was quick and easy to go back and forth between beach/pool/condo. There were 6 of us in our group with more than ample space in our unit. This is such a beautiful facility. Right next to the beach. Pools and hot tubs are in excellent condition. Our unit had lots of spices available for cooking. The fridge gets completely cleaned after each visitor so you’ll need butter, salad dressings, jams… There is a Keurig for coffee and the facility has coffee brewed each morning by the pool. The grills are great to use on a night you want to stay in for a meal. Some nights there is a grill master that will cook your food for you. Just bring cash for tipping. The wind is loud at night so if you’re a light sleeper ear plugs would be useful. Mahalo! ##### kelly d. Some might be put off because there weren’t any restaurants on sight. The plus side is this makes the property much quieter. It was a quick walk to many great restaurants at nearby resorts, then we’d come back to our much quieter complex and be so thankful we were at the Ali’i. We loved the pools, the large grilling area, the huge covered patio with big screen tv’s, the many lounge chairs to choose from (never having to go out early to “save” chairs), the beautiful landscaping and tropical plants and so much more.
