Location of property is excellent. A few things could make the stay better: pillows were flat and need replacing. The carpets are old and smell musty/dirty. They need a good cleaning. There is a faint smell through out the whole place.

Great location and good price for a well equipped and spacious two-bedroom condo overlooking the golf course and a partial view of the ocean and Lanai. Short walk to Whaler’s Village shops and the beach.

This condo is beautiful and very well equipped! Has a very good location with walking distance to Whalers Village. Had an awesome time and would definitely come back. Would highly recommend doing a snorkeling tour on the Pride of Maui they were awesome!

This condo was amazing! We were able to walk right down to Whalers village and to other resorts where other family stayed. Condo was very clean and spacious and great view of the gold course! However I think the bathroom shower can use some re-caulking. We want to try and stay in Maui again and this place will be our top choice!

Great Location

This was the perfect property for our group of 5. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were great. We ate dinner on the lanai every night. Having the grill out there was a huge bonus. We walked to Whaler Village every evening which was so nice. My kids loved watching the golfers and the pool was a hit. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Condo!

We loved our stay at this condo! Location couldn't have been better. Condo is in pretty good shape, though the showers and some other high traffic areas are starting to show their age. Everything was very clean upon arrival and any maintenance issues were addressed ASAP.

This is an outstanding property. Quiet, beautiful, and conveniently located just close enough to the very crowded scene that Kaanapali has now become. It was great to be able to walk 10-15 minutes to the shops and beautiful-but-very crowded Black Rock area, but then easily escape to the tranquility of this beautiful condo. We also were thrilled with all of the amenities provided for a beach day, making meals, and making this a perfect home away from home. We were so sad to leave and really hope to return to this excellent space.

Maui Getaway

This rental had beautiful views from the balconies with partial ocean view. The separation of the two bedrooms on two floors were ideal for our family’s needs. Overall great space. Thorough communication with rental host regarding check in/check out information with necessary codes and nearby amenities. Some minor critiques- the ability to rent a golf cart to more quickly access the beach would have been perfect. The carpet could use a deep clean or replacement as well as the bath towels and beach toys/chairs etc.

Spacious and centrally located with sunset view

We stayed at the Kaanapali Royal L301 with another couple for my sisters wedding and the space was perfect. Located right off the golf course with a short walk to the beach. We were close enough to all the main attractions Whalers Village had to offer and didn’t have to find or pay for parking, which was nice. Both bedrooms had a king size bed with their own bathrooms which allowed for privacy. The living room was spacious and comfortable, although we didn’t spend a whole lot of time lounging on the sofa because the weather was too perfect to stay indoors. The unit contained everything you needed for a trip to the beach, from a beach umbrella, to chairs, snorkel gear, flotation devices, coolers and a cart to transport all the essentials. I would definitely stay at this condo again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the island with friends or family. It was the perfect setting for a quiet getaway in paradise. Thank you to the staff for being so easy to work with, the check in/out process was very easy and available via text or phone with any questions or concerns.

We were pleasantly surprised with the up to date appliances and finishes throughout the condo. In addition, the description says partial ocean view, but we thought the view was spectacular! The location was amazing too. It’s only about a 10-15 minute walk to Whalers Village or the Ocean and only 5 minutes to the pool! When we arrived the fridge was not cooling properly, but management responded so quickly to our concern and fixed it! We enjoyed walking to Monkeypod Kitchen for dinner in Whalers Village and seeing Black Rock Beach. I will definitely be recommending this condo for family and friends to stay in! I hope I’m able to come back as well and use this same condo!

The unit was very, very clean. It had nearly every thing we needed.

Renting the property was very easy; however the check in process was a problem. The code that was given to us did not open the door to the unit. What was more frustrating was the fact we weren’t able to reach anyone live to figure things out. Thankfully, with the help of another renter, he was able to get us help. The other problem was not knowing what was expected of us to check out. I can only pray that everything we did was sufficient. Parking was also a nightmare. There was never anyone in the office All and all, it was a very, very great stay! We hope to be back next year. Thank you!

Condo is spacious and easily accommodated our family of 6. We enjoyed our 18 night stay. Close walk to Whalers Village shops and restaurants as well as the best beach on Maui. Plenty of beach toys are provided. One item of note is the Condo was short on cabinet space (pantry) food storage. Also limited dishes with lids for saving prepared food. There was basically no kitchen/home cleaning items provided to clean counter tops, bath mirrors, sliding door glass, etc. Would think that having owner provided cleaning items would encourage renters to keep place better maintained over a stay.Property management was quick to answer our inquiries and provide access/checkout information and additional towels and linens that were needed.Overall we were very happy with the unit. It made for a pleasant family vacation in paradise. We will look to staying here again in the near future.

Nice condo, great location!

A nice place to stay instead of the typical hotels. Location was great! Short walk to Ka'anapali Beach and nearby restaurants. Rental was stocked with beach equipment and cards/games for the occasional rainy hour. Very close to Whaler's Village, just a short walk up a hill. The AC wasn't working properly when we arrived, but the host was quick to respond and send maintenance (even after hours) and installed a portable unit right away. Very great experience, would definitely book here again.

The location is ideal, being close to the free trolley, Fairway shopping center (and the amazing Maca Dang Dang) and a short walk to the lively beach scene at Kaanapali. We loved being able to access the fun shops and beautiful beach, but then escape the busy summer crowds and return to the tranquility of this quiet condo complex. The condo has everything we needed for a fun beach day, cooking meals, and making this a little home away from home. We were so sad to leave and really hope to return to this great spot.
