It's location is perfect for the beach, black rock, and whalers village. All within walking distance. The beach cabana is fantastic and there is some of the best snorkeling a short walk up the beach. The real gem was this unit. It has been upgraded and much nicer than other units we have stayed at in the past. It's furnished nicely and is bright and airy. The kitchen has been upgraded compared to other units and a huge plus is the laundry. It was nice to be able to wash clothes during our stay. The communication with the property managers was perfect. The listing was accurate as were the photos. When we come back to stay again, we will look to book this place first! ##### Matthew R. All the things we wanted... spacious , huge TV with a sectional, and close to the beach! Managers were responsive and loved the full door to ceiling windows with shades or screens as desired. I gave all five stars, but wanted to note one area with 4 out of 5 stars on the accuracy of the description.....honestly, because it is way better and the pics are so dated! This is a fully remodeled unit that is so spacious. I took some good photos if you want them but you should simply take new ones...it is fully remodeled and renovated. We loved everything about our stay. Of course, there were Covid protocols (can't use gym at all due to the limited capacity) but you have to appreciate how serious Hawaii takes Covid unlike most of the rest of the US. We traveled lite coming from another Island knowing there was a washing machine in this unit. When we got there the washing machine was broken - the dish washer was broken, and the microwave wasn't working!! We spent 3 days with repair people, and the dish washer still never was fixed and needed a new electronic panel. The was no body soap in the unit and we had to go to the store to purchase it! No communication with the agent - only once at first when I reported it then would never reply. This was a really bad experience! At the resort you have to haul everything in the parking is not close at all. I will never go to the resort because of that and never to this unit and would advise you not to go either. Wasted our vacation on what should be up and ready to go. I'm sure this will not even make it to the reviews to read - it will be deleted like all of the rest!! ##### Claudia B. Two of the best swimming beaches are within walking distance. There are excellent swimming pools on the property as well. The cabana at the beach is awesome. ##### james h. Staff was efficient, friendly, quick, and responsive. The beach can be accessed after a brief walk passed the golf course. And Ka’anapali Beach and Black Rock can be accessed through a short walk through the (next door) Sheraton parking lot. All in all, it was a lovely place. The only thing is that it gets very dark at night, as there are very little lights placed outside. Placing some tiki torches (whether gas or fake solar ones) would have added more to the Hawaiian atmosphere and would have been a nice touch. Beautiful condo, and great location This was a great condo for our family to stay, and would stay there again. It was a great surprise to walk in to a completely redecorated condo - looks sooooo much nicer than the pictures, with laminate floors too instead of the carpet. When we arrived there was not any extra bedding for the pullout bed - however we contacted the number given and they dropped off the bedding set that night (yay!). We would have given it 5 starts, except for these 2 things - We paid for late checkout, however that was not communicated to the people at the check out desk - our room keys stopped working at normal check out time and we were locked out after coming back from the beach. The second was a bigger deal for me though - the pictures show an outdoor table on the lanai... there was no table on the lanai when we got there. To me Hawaii is all about being outside as much as possible so it was very sad to not be able to have any meals outdoors unless we brought chairs out from inside, or picnicked on the ground. Every other condo had one outside too. I'm guessing they are still in the process of redoing the condo and that is why there wasn't one there, but they shouldn't have gotten rid of the old one until they could replace it. We loved our trip and can't wait to go back! ##### Heather H. Condo was clean, updated, and properly stocked with enough appliances and utensils to make good use of the kitchen. Property was generally quiet with respectful tenants and visitors.
