Maui Kaanapali Villas A414 is a beautiful 4th-floor hotel style studio that accommodates up to 2 guests. Inside, you'll be welcomed by a bright, airy space filled with natural light along with a partial ocean view from your lanai. It features a California king-sized bed, table for 2, Smart TV, and central A/C. The unit does not have a kitchen--for your convenience, it includes a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge, ideal for storing snacks, quick bites, or leftovers from nearby restaurants. The bathroom has a walk-in tile shower—perfect for winding down after a day of island adventures.

This hotel style studio (A414) is located next to the owner's neighbouring condo (A412). When available, both can be rented together to create a two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup, perfect for families or couples travelling together.

Upon checking in at the front desk, Maui Kaanapali Villas has a $35 per day facility fee. This Resort Fee includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles are subject to an extra $10 per day.

Maui Ka'anapali Villas features two pools, a child's paddling pool area, hot tubs, and a beach activities centre where they offer beach rentals such as stand-up paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel sets, and more. The resort also features an on-site restaurant, Castaways Café, the Third Heaven Spa & Massage, and a state-of-the-art Precor fitness centre with 24-hour access, yoga classes 3 times per week, and access to hospitality bathrooms for early arrivals and late departures. Maui Ka'anapali Villas is on the loop that the complimentary Kaanapali Trolley can be taken to other resorts and the Whalers Village Shopping Centre. The villas have all the amenities of a large resort but offer the personal aloha and charm of old Hawaii.
