"Generally, the room was fine. The AC had been left off for a long time, so the room smelled very stale when I first came in. The motel was fully booked; two pickups with flatbed trailers AND a semi truck with a trailer occupied many parking spaces, leaving us nowhere to park. A wild group staying in the room next to mine was loud all night. I felt a couple of heavy stomps, and someone must have jumped onto the bed enough to shake the wall at 3:30 AM. The pillows were not great. Too weary, I skipped their limited breakfast and left early at 7 AM. When I got home, I went to bed early to catch up."

"I appreciated the location of this hotel—it was convenient and in a good area, especially during a very busy weekend when availability elsewhere was limited. I’m also thankful we were able to secure it at a reasonable price given how many events were going on. That said, the condition of the hotel was disappointing and did not match how it was presented online. The property felt run down overall. There were multiple water stains on the ceilings in both the hallways and our room, which gave an unclean and poorly maintained impression. Most concerning was a large, noticeable stain on one of the mattresses, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. While the price and location were positives, the upkeep and condition of the hotel fell short of expectations. With better maintenance and attention to cleanliness, this could be a much better experience."

"I do not even know where to start i feel like saying the great wolf lodge was a 10/10 is not enough. The staff were amazing and friendly. They answered all my questions. Anytime you passed a staff member in the hall they smiled said hello and asked how you are. We did not partake in any activities in the grand lobby as we spent all available hours in the Waterpark. The Waterpark was perfect for our group. Lots of amenities for the little ones to stay excited and entertained. The tube slides brought smiles and laughter. We did rent a cabana for the day. Shout out to JD who checked on us numerous times to ask if we wanted or needed anything. The arcade had many fun games for all ages. We also saw many adults enjoying the arcade just as much as the kids. Even with the amenities great wolf offers the location is also wonderful so many amenities from food to shopping. Perfect for race weekends for race fans! Will for sure return!"
