Coco Villa is a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive to Jupiter Beach. THE COMMUNITY: The Jupiter Bay community offers 2 heated pools, tennis courts, and an on site restaurant which overlooks one of the community pools and the community Lake. We had 2 couples and there was plenty of space for all of us. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect as it is close to the Marina and beach and many restaurants. The decorating is very pretty. We appreciated the ease of communication with management and the inclusion of beach chairs. The description is deceiving though. The title stated “walk to beach” and the description details mentions a 10-minute walk to Jupiter Beach. We are avid walkers and found many restaurants within walking distance, but we still needed to drive to the beach because there is no good way to walk to the public beach in a realistic amount of time (but it is a very short drive). It was nice to experience free beach parking in Florida! Jupiter is a great place to visit. The people are friendly and polite. There is a lot to do there and it’s obvious the locals care about their beautiful community. ##### Carrie W.
