This spacious condo is perfectly situated on the edge of Carlin Park, just 1200 feet from the beach! Feel the ocean breeze from your balcony, enjoy a morning stroll across the park, and indulge in Jupiter's beautiful aqua waters! Our condo is in the Bella Vista community, with a swimming pool, two tennis courts and lovely landscaped grounds. The home is a 3 bed/2.5 bath unit, but we have turned the third bedroom into a sunny reading room overlooking the park. It is two stories, with two master suites, one upstairs and one down, both with their own full bathroom. There is also an upstairs loft that opens onto your own private balcony on the third floor, with beautiful park views! This condo is a favorite place of ours and we have filled it with our art collection and lots of love! It is fully equipped with linens, appliances, washer/dryer, and beach supplies. We do hope you enjoy our comfortable, relaxed, beachy home in one of the most beautiful places in Florida!! Short walk to the Twisted Tuna and Portobello restaurants, Publix and local parks. Park Trail is adjacent to the property. It's extremely close to the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. We attended a wedding at the Pelican Club and it was extremely convenient to be so close while having the comfort and space to spread out and cook our own meals. Our toddler loved being so close to Carlin Park so we could run around and look for turtles in the morning. The space is decorated in a fun and funky classic Florida condo style with plenty of separate spaces and bathrooms so everyone gets a little privacy. We really liked the upstairs patio area. We'd absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else looking for something in Jupiter. ##### Brian K. Lots of color and a range of pieces made it a pleasure to be indoors. All rooms were clean and well maintained. We used the 2nd-floor bedroom with comfortable king-sized bed, own bathroom with tub/shower, and adjacent a lovely sitting area looking down on the 1st-floor living space. From there a sliding door provides access to a nicely sized patio overlooking the park with tennis and pickleball courts 50 yards away (far enough away that we couldn't hear most ball-striking activity). The kitchen had everything we needed (olive oil bought unnecessarily as that was there along with a small amount of coffee and basic spices). Outdoor temps were 65-low-80s and inside temps were comfortable at all times. Note that you have to climb a flight of stairs to go into the 2nd-floor property. We walked through the park to Carlin beach - about an 8 minute easy flat walk. We drove over with the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels provided as that was a bit far to bring all of that. Driving to restaurants, the lighthouse, and blowing rocks area were all around 5-10 minutes away. Enjoyed a relaxing and fun stay! ##### John S. Host was excellent and very communicative. A short five minute walk to a beautiful beach with beach chairs and towels provided by the host was a great plus. A short walk through the park to the ocean. A beach with lifeguards, which was important to us. We enjoyed the pool, and the vita-parcours trail that went by the house. Especially loved the lazy loggerhead cafe, 5 minutes away, for breakfast at the beach, and the Food Shack for dinner. Property has scratched calphalon pots, so we did not cook (but we were happy to go out). We loved the walking trail next to the property, which we frequented each day. This was our second stay at Bobs and once again, it didn’t disappoint. Bob is a fantastic host and made himself available if we needed anything. He always gives great recommendations on dining and fun things to do. The condo is always clean, allows for a very comfortable stay and is conveniently located to anything you may need or want.
