Rooms are well cleaned . Property is little old . Nails were visible in one of the furniture. Carpets are not leveled . Previous guest’s few small items like playing items were left in the carpet . Other than that kitchen was full equipped. Kitchenware is old but usable. Bathroom flush automatically turns on every few minutes and makes huge noise in the night and we did not get a good sleep . Property is in a good location and close to everything. Car parking good . Patio door in second floor is tricky and does not work properly . Kitchen stove burners only two work out of 4. Hot water in bath is enough for only 2 people . After that it becomes warm and not hot. Property has bbq but we did not use it. Overall no major complaints .

Great for Families and Games

The property was well suited for family sleeping arrangements. There is a large kichen witg lots of cooking tools. We would definitely stay here again.

Glad there were no mosquitoes

The house was comfortable, but several windows had no or shredded screens, so it was lucky we were not there during mosquito season! Many little things were in need of attention like the vent hood light, dingy carpet and some hinges - we gave a list to managers so hopefully they are addressed for the next folks. Bedding was nice, we enjoyed using the grill and the view from back deck is wonderful.

I received the wrong the key to the property and was unable get ahold of anyone on the two emergency phones till the next day and then still had issues but after that our stay went well. Nice property easy walk to the brewery, grocery store (really everything). Front and back patios. Nice Barbeque, kitchen with everything we needed. Comfy house shared by father and two brothers. three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with 2 queen beds and 3 twin beds available. Parking for a least two cars. This unit did not have a view of the lake.

June lake lodge

Wonderful accommodations. Easy walk to gull lake where family is camping. Would go back to this property in a heart beat.

We'd stay here again. I just wish they allowed small dogs as next time we come up we want to bring our two pups.

Clean spot, great location

The property was nice and clean. The rental company was easy to deal with. Location was within easy walking distanced to most of the few restaurants in town and a short drive to June Mountain. Would definitely consider this property again.

The Staff were so personable and were so willing to make our stay perfect. The People from June Lake and June Mountain Ski Resort amazed me with their vigor to help and the authentic spirit of the priceless jewel they have. We will be back and love them as much as we can. The Staff for the cabin were awesome and everywhere we went we were met with smiles from The Beautiful People from June Lake and June Mountain. It was our first experience and my Grandbabies had a blast! That is SSSSSOOOO PRICELESS FOR JUST BEGINNING Our love for The Beautiful June Mountain Legacy!!!

Lots of room for large families

Pretty good and roomy house. Easy to use heater, appliances, and laundry. Lots of beds and 2 extra roll-away beds, blankets, closet space. Near main road and brewery.

Cons.We didn't have hot water at check-in, upstairs toilet handle broke, and the refrigerator didn't close all the way. We ended up tuning the wayer heater on ourselves, have to flush the toilet from the reservoir, and use a chair to keep the refrigerator door closed. They advertise a coffee maker but dont supply filters. The inside was dated.Pros.Every room was clean and beds were comfortable. The location is amazing. The deck in the backyard was very nice to hang out on. It was nice to have a private driveway.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is truly fantastic, and the management company was responsive, close by, and very easy to work with. The house had plenty of space for our group and convenient parking, which made everything simple.We loved being able to walk to town shops and restaurants, the brewery, and both Gull and June Lake marinas. We kayaked in the morning, came back for a quick lunch, and then headed out to explore Bodie State Historic Park and Mono Lake. It was the perfect central base for everything we wanted to do, and we really couldn’t have asked for more.

The upstairs shower was a bit small for adults but workable.

The upstairs shower was a bit small for adults but workable. There is a pet small mouse that was allusive and came out at night from around the fireplace. Not a huge deal but maybe an issue for others. Glue traps should work. We just ran out of time. No biggie.
