"VERY DISAPPOINTED…. 2 luggage racks for 76 hotels rooms is VERY inconvenient….NOT OK !!!!!!! Waited over 20 minutes in lobby … finally required me watch belongings while….. 75 yr old husband carried our luggage in 2 trips!! Not good customer service!!! Based on this would not stay here again!"
