The positives - the room was clean (aside from the cobwebs); the linen was clean; the kitchen was well equipped; and the receptionist was helpful and friendly.
The big negative - the accommodation was small, tired, dated and drab. To be honest - a bit depressing to stay in and very much low budget end. The outside future was co weed in algae and tired. The paths and room patio were covered in unswept hedge trimming and messy.
The photos on the website make it look much nicer than it actually is. They do not reflect the reality.

Even though I only stayed one night, the experience was amazing. Meticulous attention to detail, making my stay a very memorable one. The food is incredible, whether you choose to dine A La Carte or try one of their very well put together Degustacion menus. Great selection of wine and they take great deal of pride in presenting the local Bordeaux region, its wines and local delicacies. Highly recommended.

The hotel is close to trams so easy to get into town , the staff are very friendly and you can park securely in Q parking just over the road, nice place easy to find.

Pool was exquisite on 110 degree days!!! Great staff. A bit out of tourist area but worth it for the walk. Great breakfast too
