- Charming family house from the XIX th century, on large shaded park and 20 hectare property : vines, meadows and forests, with palombière. Deck overlooking the valley of the Dordogne. Very nice view of small valley and vines. Calm, and complete rest guaranteed. Property crossed by the “Pierre Loti” trail, famous writer of the family of the owner and who stayed there. Many prestigious vineyards in the vicinity (Saint Emilion, Pomerol, Sauternes, Entre Deux Mers, Bordeaux Sainte Foy, Côte de Castillon…). Large selection of wine and regional product tasting farms/wineries in the vicinity. Close from several regional markets (Sainte Foy, and Castillon la Bataille) among the nicest of France. Fast access to the regional capitals of Bordeaux and Bergerac, the latter giving access to prehistoric Périgord and its sites. Many possible activities on the spot (excursion/walks, bicycles, canoe/kayak, tennis, bathing, sail & power plane & ULM flying at local aerodrome - Sainte Foy la Grande) and fully equipped Bergerac airport..
