El hotel es tranquilo. El servicio es bueno pero deberían invertir más en el restaurante y más variedad de opciones y en las habitaciones hacer algo con el tema de los insectos. El staff trato de solucionar problemas y son bien receptivos y ayudan en todo. Me gustó la atención.

We stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience. At check-in there was a strange moment when the receptionist asked us to fill out a form with full credit card details, including the CVV and expiration date — something I’ve never been asked for before.
