Location is absolutely perfect - private and serene. Accommodations were clean and tidy - well supplied with towels and supplies. The walk from the driveway to the entrance is quite steep, as is the walk to the water, but there are steps so it was manageable for me. Several great trails and walks in the area. There is a small grocery store fairly close by if you need to pick up supplies on the way in - otherwise the drive to Sooke is less than a half hour. The only negative was that one of the king beds is in the main living area with no privacy. It worked for us - may not work for others.
