Their welcome and departure are quick, friendly, and easy. The gîte itself was clean, well equipped, and roomy. A car is a must to get about and the local area has lots to do. I recommend taking your hosts up on the offer à boulangerie run when they make one as fresh bread and pastries in the morning is a welcome treat. Le terrain de petanque est tres sympa également. La route pour accéder au mas offre un point de vue exceptionnel et la situation géographique est ideale pour découvrir ardeche meridionale et ses rivieres. Le logement correspond plus a un appartement qu'a une maison situé en r+1 et il y a un r+ 2 également loué au dessus. Cela devrait etre précisé dans l'annonce. Landschaftlich ist die Region sehr reizvoll und schön, allerdings braucht man ein motorisiertes Fortbewegungsmittel wenn man diese Reize erkunden und besuchen möchte. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen, FeWo hat bei der Übersetzung der französischen Originalseite ein wenig geschlampt und mehr versprochen als ursprünglich vom Anbieter als optional angeboten wurde. Die Anlage und der Pool sind sehr schön, top gepflegt und sauber. Alles hat wahnsinnig viel Charme. Wir wurden jeden Morgen mit leckeren Croissants und Baguettes versorgt und auch Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung haben wird von den beiden bekommen. Die späte Anreise (nach Mitternacht) war kein Problem, wir würden herzlichste empfangen. L'accueil de Nathalie et Thierry fut chaleureux et authentique tout comme notre gîte. Nous avons découvert l'Ardèche et ses mets : le vin de figue confectionné par Nathalie fut une réelle découverte ainsi que ses confitures maisons au goût parfois surprenant. Nathalie et Thierry nous ont tenus un accueil chaleureux, ils ont été disponibles et réceptifs à nos demandes. Nous avons pu découvrir l’Ardèche et quelques mets surprenants que nous a proposé Nathalie. Entre la confiture maison aux gouts originaux, le vin de figue à déguster sur la terrasse et les tisanes du jardin à boire au coin du feu, nous nous sommes régalés ! je recommande cette adresse, nous reviendrons ! ##### Marine A. Eine tolle Woche in einem schönen Haus mit sehr netten Vermietern, die stets zur Stelle waren, wenn es Fragen gab. Au Mas des Grads de Perret vous êtes au coeur de l'Ardèche et pourtant loin de toute agitation ! Les gîtes offrent le charme des bâtisses anciennes conjugué à tout le confort moderne. Beaucoup de goût et de soin ont été apportés à l'ensemble de la propriété. A l'extérieur un terrain de jeux pour les enfants, un terrain de pétanque pour les plus grands et une piscine chauffée pour tous...car même en Ardèche la météo peut être capricieuse ! Le mas des Grads de Perret a répondu à tous nos désirs dont celui de se ressourcer dans un cadre magnifique . Tout est fait pour notre bien-être : le gîte est propre et joliment décoré , la piscine très bien entretenue, le cadre exceptionnel mais surtout Nathalie et Thierry ont su bien mettre en valeur cette magnifique bastide en pierre qui est un régal pour les yeux ! Die Gite Le Mas de Grads de Perret liegt wunderbar ruhig auf einem Hochplateau gegenüber dem Städtchen Jouyeuse, irgendwie abseits und doch ganz nah an so vielen, schönen Ausflugzielen in der Ardèche-Region. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und nett gestaltet und gerne verbringt man hier auch mal einen Tag in dem großartigen Pool, spielt mit den Katzen, füttert die Schafe, spielt Boule oder Tischtennis, oder lässt einfach nur die Seele baumeln. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 1 Hund) bezogen die Ferienwohnung Escoussous - liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ließ für uns und unseren Hund (mit dem großen, eingezäunten Garten) keine Wünsche offen. Unbedingt hervorzuheben sind die Gastgeber Nathalie und Thierry. Sie sind unglaublich nett und mit Ihren tollen Tipps und herzlicher Organisationsunterstützung haben Sie unseren Urlaub noch schöner gemacht! Ein herzliches Dankeschön euch beiden!! Nous voulions trouver un petit coin de paradis au calme et nous l'avons trouvé ! Nous vous recommandons Le mas des Grads de Perret qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Nous avons pu nous ressourcer dans un cadre magnifique . Les gîtes sont spacieux, confortables, fonctionnels et propres. Idéalement situé dans un superbe environnement, chaque espace est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et permet de s'y sentir particulièrement bien. La piscine invite aussi à un moment de détente privilégié. La tapenade maison est exceptionnelle et le top, c'est la livraison du pain et des croissants le dimanche matin . Mais "LE BEST" de notre séjour est une merveilleuse rencontre avec les propriétaires, Nathalie et Thierry, aux immenses qualités humaines. Toujours disponibles et chaleureux, ils ont su nous accueillir et rendre notre séjour agréable tout en étant discrets. Merci à vous pour ce moment inoubliable. (comme on dit en Suisse) Ce mas typiquement ardéchois est idéalement situé. Perché sur une petite colline, il vous assure calme et repos au milieu d'une nature apaisante. En même temps, il offre un accès facile aux sites incontournables. Les parties communes du mas (piscine et jardin) sont très agréables et soignées. Nous avions loué le gîte Escoussou qui nous a permis de profiter d'un jardin privatif à l'écart avec BBQ et coin repas couverts. Thierry (ou Jerry comme notre fille de 5 ans le prénommé) et Nathalie, les propriétaires, vous accueillent avec sourire, disponibilité et conseils judicieux pour vos ballades … sans oublier leurs produits faits maison (tapenades selon vos goûts et choix de confitures) Enfants et parents ont été enchantés par ce séjour et conquis par cette région magnifique. Nous avons passé 4j au top dans votre demeure qui offre confort , calme, propreté et surtout le charme de l'Ardèche. Encore merci pour votre gentillesse et pour nos échanges les filles étaient ravies nous aussi , on serait bien resté plus longtemps tant nous y étions bien. Ein Hofartiges Anwesen in Steinmauern mit Pool, Terrassen, Tischtennisplatte und sehr viel Charme.Neben den zwei hier gezeigten gibt es noch drei weitere Gites. Die Wohnung war top sauber und bis auf eine Mikrowelle vollständig ausgestattet. Jede Gite hat Ihre eigene Terrasse, wenn man Rückzug möchte. Nathalie und Thierry sind fantastische und herzlich Gastgeber die unseren Wünschen wo immer möglich entgegen kamen. Unsere Kids (7&9 J.) haben es geliebt. Wir auch. ##### Franziska B. Nathalie et Thierry sont serviables et de bons conseils pour les balades, restaurants et spots de baignades aux alentours. Disponibles mais jamais intrusifs.
