Tout équipé et refait à neuf, ce spacieux T2 d'une superficie de 50m² sera idéal pour vos séjours en famille, entre amis ou encore entre collègues.  
Situé à la sortie de Tours, vous y trouverez tout le confort nécessaire pour profiter pleinement de votre séjour en Touraine.  
  
Un grand salon vous permettra de vous reposer après une journée de visites ou de travail devant la TV tout en profitant de la connexion wifi. La cuisine séparée du salon par une verrière renforce l'aspect convivial du lieu et vous pourrez concocter de bons petits plats comme à la maison en ayant une vue dégagée sur les environs.  
  
La chambre est quant à elle pourvu d'un lit double et d'un bureau.  
  
Dans la salle de bain, vous trouverez une grande douche et les toilettes.  
  
Pour les beaux jours, vous pourrez profiter d'un balcon avec une vue dégagée pour prendre vos repas au soleil !  
  
Toutes les commodités sont à proximité (supermarché, boulangerie...) et vous serez rapidement dans le centre de Tours en transport en commun ou encore en voiture. C'est donc le lieu idéal pour profiter de Tours et ses environs tout en étant au calme.  
La Fac Grandmont est également située juste à côté.

L'hôpital Trousseau est situé à 2 km du logement et la fac Grandmont à 600 mètres.  
Un supermarché se trouve à deux pas du logement et vous trouverez d'autres commodités juste à côté (boulangerie, pharmarcie...).  
La grande zone commerciale de Chambray est située à 5 minutes de route.  
  
Vous pourrez facilement vous déplacer en transports en commun.  
Le logement est desservi par la ligne de bus 14, arrêt "Arsonval", la ligne 16 arrêt "Boulevard de Chinon" et les lignes 2, 3a, 3b et 5 arrêt "Fac Grandmont".  
Vous serez dans le centre-ville de Tours en 20 minutes grâce à ces lignes.
