Unique location and views. Service was not up to 5star/Relais & Chateaux standard. Food and beverage offering misses inspiration. Staff seemed to lack motivation and spirit to serve guests the right way. Management was not visible.

Wonderful small hotel. Very attentive and friendly staff, we felt welcome from the very first moment. Very nice room (we had a superior with spacious terrasse with garden furniture including 2 lounge chairs). Amazing breakfast with stunning views. Excellent restaurant, with same stunning view. I can definitely recommend and I do hope we will get a chance to go back there.

Loved this hotel- the view, scenery and dreamy bedrooms and excellent bathroom. We loved the quiet hotel, the swimming pool outside and a wonderful breakfast buffet. We loved this hotel and will return .

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is nicely maintained and the staff is wonderful. It was centrally located for visiting the Luberon villages. I would love to return during the summer months again.

Beautiful property with nice views. Heated outdoor pool was great. The indoor pool area is nice as well. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. We had a beautiful terrace. Service is very good in all areas.

The hotel and the facility are excellent. The conceiage prepares the recommendation for visiting and weather report to the guest everyday. The swimming pool is perfect with extraordinary view of Luberon. We will definitely come back in the future

Truly the most beautiful hotel we have stayed at. Room was well appointed, incredible finishes and comfortable. The property was so quiet and peaceful. Staff were attentive and helpful. Highly recommend. They upgraded us to a suite from a deluxe double. Our view was breathtaking and the same was vast. What a treat!

What an amazing and beautiful property overlooking the Luberon valley. Far enough away to be peaceful but close enough to easily get out and around. The property, staff and grounds are lovely. The rooms are well appointed although could use some updating as wear and tear can be seen.

This hotel is a dream. Attentive staff is everywhere and on top of everything. The beauty of the surrounding area is breathtaking. The food was amazing, and the room and bed were relaxing and comfortable. From the moment you enter the gate you are in for a truly delightful stay. Every detail is thought of! This is a beautiful & luxurious property with very attentive staff & great amenities. The restaurant is great! However, felt a bit cold at times. Would have liked a warmed atmosphere & crowd. Though there were other children at the hotel, the atmosphere was more suited for adults who are looking for a quiet retreat. It was also too expensive. The area has easy access to nearby villages, but nothing to do in Joucas itself.
