"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "We stayed in the Golden Forrest rooms of the hotel, which included a great breakfast, such a variety of hot and cold foods, also included was afternoon tea in the Golden Forrest lounge, with again a vast variety of food and drink, such a bonus when you have children. The family room was compact but our family of 4 were comfortable, room was clean and serviced each day. We could see parts of Disneyland from our window and it was just a 10 min walk from the hotel past multiple retail shops, cafes and food places. We opted for including tickets to Disneyland as part of our hotel package, overall a good stay and with all the inclusions and Disneyland so close, it was worth it. The only downside we found was there are no mini market shops anywhere in the area and the prices are quite high, everywhere considering the exchange rate for Australian dollars, we had no car, but hey you don’t go to Disneyland everyday, so all good."
