We were greeted by a young lady (apologies we forgot your name!) she recently started as the general manager but she was incredibly polite to us and natural with our two children during check in. We were celebrating our daughter’s 6th birthday and the marshmallows over the fire made for a beautiful memory together. We had a superb stay at this amazing location and it made for a great addition to our trip. Thank you! "

"am officially reporting significant cleanliness issues at this property. The curtains are stained, the table seats and carpets are covered in food residue, and the baseboards/trims are thick with dust, bedroom walls and kitchen floor with dead mosquitos and flies. AC Vents full of dust, bathroom vent non working. Oven mitte s full of food debri and stain. Jacuzzi filthy and filter full of hair and debris. This level of neglect is unacceptable."

"We picked this unit over others in the area mainly for it's location to the National Park and it's boasting of it's hot tub and outdoor patio seating. The interior space was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the house was spacious with plenty of seating. Now the drawbacks: the kitchen was not well supplied, cookware was old and in bad shape; lack of any dish clothes or dish towels provided at the time of check-in; no bathmats were provided, and we could not get the TV to connect to the Internet even after they sent someone out to fix it; the back patio hadn't been sweep or table/chairs cleaned for a while; the hot tub was cloudy and musty smelling. We requested that the water be drained, filled, and treated, however, this was not done while we were there for the 3 nights. For the price we expected more."
