5/5 Excellent
"The picture of the property is misleading. It’s actually a hotel with an entrance in the fast food place! The property is also fenced off at this time for renovations! So my review is timely and might change!
The actual ‘Hotel room’ was fantastic with great views of the valley from the balcony! We were in room 308, but the elevator goes actually DOWN to the third level??? I guess the EG (Mainlevel from the store and Restaurant) is on level 4. Check in was done thru the store in a very hectic manner! Parking was not explained, which we found later on our walk! It’s behind the building and you have to oppose the one way only traffic to get there! Next the entire Area is just a major Bus and Truck stop! Nearest grocery store is 7 km away! "

"Beautiful, scenic area and we couldn’t be happier with the Arabella! Our room was good sized and clean and we received a lovely welcome gift upon arrival. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We also loved the breakfast and restaurant options! Great food and lots of choices. I do wish there were more options of red wines by the glass though. The views of the lake around the hotel are amazing, highly recommend the walk around the lake. There’s also a great pool and spa area. "

"This was my second stay here, and it was just as excellent as the 1st time. Great staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms for business travel. Great food and proper breakfast. Wonderful spa. There are other options to choose from in this area, but I would happily stay again."
