Log cottage 2004, living room/kitchen with sofa bed, bedroom 1 bed. Upstairs 2 beds and extendible convertible sofa/bed, sauna (electric stove), washroom, WC, terrace, balcony. Air source heat pump.

Separate lakeshore sauna 1997, 37m2, sauna with wood-burning stove and shower, dressing room, room with fireplace mini-kitchen, running water, partly underfloor/electric heating, terrace.

Separate outbuilding/storeroom; outbuilding has double bed, electric light, electric heater. Storeroom is used by owner. Roofed grill. Homely 2-storey cottage on gently sloping plot. Large grassed yard area, slabs on pathways, plot (4400 m2) has mixed forest. Large jetty for larger boats as well. Neighbours on both sides 50 m, trees between. Washing machine (also dries). Outboard motor for rent.
