It was so nice to be able to stay in a Vrbo instead of a hotel. We were visiting for his mother's 100th birthday and needed a three bedroom. This home was perfect. There were plenty of towels, washer, dryer, (very necessary with a three-year-old), lots of seating in the common areas, large kitchen and dining room and large bathrooms. After finally getting VRBO on the phone who got the property manager on the conf call, we were told it just happened. However, the leaves were wilted on the tree and they had a ring camera so should have known it was down before our arrival. Host tried to rebook us at smaller house and Vrbo couldn’t get us into any other houses same day. We ended up staying at a hotel that Vrbo refunded the extra expense for, glad the refund process was smooth at least.
