Perfect for families or students. The space Our newly built home offers two bedrooms, one bathroom, living area, full kitchen and dining, and an "Away Room" for reading, studying, or just relaxing by yourself. This room also has a futon, for an extra guest. Our bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a utility closet with a washer and dryer. The kitchen has all the essentials, if you prefer to cook. We also offer Wifi and a Roku TV. This is a perfect location for anyone needing a furnished, comfortable, clean short or long term lodging. If you're local or visiting, it's also the perfect "Get Away" for a friends retreat, or couples weekend. NOTE REGARDING FEE: Any booking which exceeds two adults (anyone over 18) will be charged an additional $25 per day per person. Although our booking allows for two free children, a third child would use the Futon and we charge $20 extra for its’ use.
