Beautiful, clean property. Cute little house perfect for a weekend away with the dogs. I had to call to get help with the keypad for entry and they answered immediately and were so kind and helpful! We will book again next year!

The house was great and the yard was fantastic. Our dogs had a great time and the doggie door was a pleasant extra. The location was fantastic as we were visiting family in Kansas as well. We would definitely stay again.

Traveling through Joplin.

Really enjoyed the back yard area. Nicely fenced in for our dogs. Comfortable beds. Close to freeway. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable

Our family stayed here on our way to our destination for the night & again on the way home. Beds are comfortable which is all we really needed. Back yard is fenced for dogs. Neighborhood is ok, across from a post office, Not a lot of space in the kitchen but it suited us fine for a place to sleep.

Quick visit

We passed through on our way south so only stayed here for 1 night both ways. It suited us for a place to sleep, and that was it. Comfy beds. Backyard good for dogs. Neighborhood is ok but doesn’t seem great. Not the best kitchen set up but we didn’t cook here. Host was gracious to allow us to modify our stay on the way back due to some trouble we had with our vehicle and needed to stay one day later. Very nice host to accommodate.

Overall nice but lacking a bit

House was clean, easy to access. Close to groceries and restaurants. Could use hooks in the bathroom. Chest of drawers in bedrooms. Kitchen could be better outfitted. Yard was great for dogs but needs better lighting for night.

Very nice

The only comment we have is just an FYI for property owner that a couple outlets weren’t working when my teens tried to plug in chargers. Otherwise a clean and spacious place to stay for the weekend.

Great place!

My best friend, my sister, our dogs, and I stayed here three nights for a little sightseeing getaway. The property was easy to find and access. Emily and Sarah communicated promptly and thoroughly! The house is clean and spacious for the size. We absolutely LOVED that our dogs were not only allowed, but wanted! The house has a doggie door and a great yard with a secure privacy fence all around, so we felt more than safe letting the dogs do their thing. The location allows easy access to Main St and lots of outdoor scenery that is in and around Joplin. It was a perfect stay!

Great Location for Convenience to Many Area Sites

This property was clean and located in an area with easy on and off access to area restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Neighbors were kind and friendly! The bed and bedding were exceptional and allowed us to rest well. Directions on how to use the projector tv and surround sound would be helpful for older folks that may not be too tech savy. We enjoyed cooking our meals together, so we had to purchase a mixing bowl and pot holders to prepare basic items. As you continue to build out this stay, those might make a visit even better. This property was clean and perfect for our weekend get away!

Peaceful Quiet Clean

We enjoyed our stay, for the most part. The house was clean and quiet. We liked that. We are an older couple and had no idea how to run the TV. We managed to watch a few shows, but couldn't find any live TV. Maybe some instruction will help. We would come again if could figure it out. No real complaints at all.

It was pet-friendly, great fenced backyard, in a convenient location. We felt safe.There was some connection issue with the projector (in lieu of a TV) in the living room, so we were unable to watch what we had planned to view. The microwave was broken, which we needed to use.Other than those issues, the rooms, beds, and kitchen worked well for us.
