Loved the room, the staff and the location. So easy to jump on buses and ferry. No need to use the car. Our Loft Room was so quiet. We expected noise from the hotel and restaurants downstairs. The only disappointment was the breakfast. A little sparse on choices.

The room temperature was cold the water never got warm and the shower was tepid so I only had one. No plug in my sink when I arrived.
