There is definitely lots of room for improvement in cleanliness though cos' my friend's pillow had a weird sourish smell. The flooring on the bathroom was rather slippery when wet and the hallways were quite run-down. Being at the end of Jalan Meldrum, it was still considerably near to City Square with about 5 minutes walk.
