Towels smelled very bad which I noticed after showering in the worst shower of my life, only boiling hot water or cold water no in between. Old man at reception wanted to see our reservation, then see it on Hotels.com, then checked the address on the reservation, then wanted to check the picture on the reservation. He was very unwelcoming and took his sweet time checking us in. He forgot to give us a receipt and came to knock on the door by banging consistently until we opened the door. All the bed linens and towels had stains and cigarette burn holes in them. Bathroom was very dirty and the floors were dusty and dirty.
