Friendly owner. Apartment is neat and tidy, with some minor flaws. Water leaking from the master bedroom bathtub and ants will visit if you leave food on the dining table. Only complaint is not fault of the owner, but on building management. The floor is serviced by only 2 lifts, and always full by the time it reaches our floor.
