Johnson Pond Trailhead

There were no closets for it to be named a Villa studio. No utensils. There was a door in the bathroom by the toilet so super awkward to get to the shower. The TV would turn off on its on while watching it. Floors were not mopped. I had to were slippers the entire time. I heard every noise from the street even though we were on the fifth floor. Our clothes lived out of the suitcases due to no hanging storage available. No comforter in the beds. Not sure what the non upgraded room looked like? Just a weird room and not well planned out for it to be called a Villa studio. Bed frame not connected to the headboard and rolled around while sleeping and turning

Stayed here for a mother/daughter getaway. The covered parking was our first pleasant surprise. Friendly front desk staff. Excellent location on I-drive for walking to restaurants & attractions. We splurged and got the Club Level rooms with rooftop access. The bartender up on the roof was very nice, she even brought our food/drinks out to us while we were lounging on the deck, taking in the city views. The rooftop is kid friendly, and they had pizza to snack on which my teen loved. The rooftop pool is more peaceful than the pool on ground level. Breakfast at the lakeside eating area was nice, come early for good seating next to the lake. The club level room was spacious and clean. Overall our stay was very good. Its a budget hotel, so we were not surprised by the broken vending machines. I would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, location and amenities. It's very good for the cost!!
