"Yes they were very to me in my needs when I need towels or rags or extra toilet paper or anything like that they were there they let me stay until 12:00 for check out time rather than 11:00 and I love the room it was nice and clean"

"The room I reserved was not available I got a room on the second floor and had a hard time getting up and down the stairs and was told there were no first floor rooms available. No elevator on the property."

"Parking... although there is ample parking. (Be sure to remember your plate number) There is a disconnect between the parking deck and the hotel that requires that you walk outdoors to get inside the hotel, then walk to the other side of the hotel up a grand staircase to even get to the reservation desk. If you have multiple bags...forget it. I didn't see anything or anyone to assist you. Also the only elevators are on one side of the guesthouse but rooms are located down a very long hallway, which means a very long walk dragging bags. Now the hotel is beautiful but there seems to be a disconnect between design and functionality. "
