The cleaning staff came before we leaving for the day. I said we would be out in 5 minutes. Asked her to come back. She did not come back. I had to ask at the front desk for clean towels. Then the soap in the shower was empty.

Y’all. Longleaf is the platinum standard for what I look for and expect from a hospitality standpoint. I stay there ~5 times a year when I’m in Raleigh. Everyone who works there seems to legitimately enjoy it and appreciate each other. They’re very accommodating and you’ll always get a real (cool and kind) human when you call! 10 STARS! ⭐️

We had a short but easy stay here. Check in was simple and fast, the room was clean and spacious. Very quiet at the property. Would have liked a few more options at breakfast but I think they're remodeling and their space was limited. So they did provide what they could and was fine for our needs
