Staff were fantastic - very friendly, helpful, accommodating. The room was a good size, and wonderfully decorated. The food in the restaurant was great. The architecture and sitting areas around the huge property give it a very romantic feel - and the four gigantic tortoises roaming around make the whole experience wonderful. I was there for business, but it would also be a great spot for a getaway! There were only two improvements that I would make. The first is irons/boards in the rooms. They were available by calling the desk, but I'm kind of spoiled by hotels that make it convenient. The second would be to have a box of tissues in the room. (I had a cold, and had to resort to using toilette paper). The only downfall was that there was a hand held shower in the bathtub. the gardens are amazing an there's a pool and sauna etc. the food needs a little work and is pretty bland ut overall the staff are friendly.
