"From my very first moment stepping into the hotel I did not feel welcome I was not greeted with a smile even though I asked for one the receptionist just stared at me in the face. They were not able to organise an early check-in due to poor planning and poor communication. I was told I’m not allowed to wear my slippers in the communal area in the hotel I was only allowed in to wear them in my bedroom and 100% not allowed whilst eating breakfast. Specific members of staff are great at their job and very welcoming but the majority of staff seem like they’re they’re just to pick up a check. I watch them during breakfast time the staff helping themselves to food sat around on the sofas in the foyer with their legs up feet on the sofa just very unprofessional. "
