While the location of their properties which I has stayed multiple times (Sandton & Rosebank) is very good, rooms are very spacious, the staff is very courteous the biggest let down over my past 2/3 stays has been downgrade of their rooms in terms of furniture, maintenance, look and feel. They are dated and need a major upgrade. However, this time around I found that the standards have gone down. The rooms need upgrade as they are dated, many things do not function properly or are damaged. The TV offers very limited options and I did have some time as I was at the hotel on the weekend.
