Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 155 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- A bright 25 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) \- Bathroom with shower \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: \- A private, enclosed garden planted with trees faces south/east and offers a beautiful, uninterrupted view of the mountains. \- A 15 m² terrace with table, deckchairs and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Joch, in a very pleasant environment.
