On arrival, the staff weren't very welcoming, and due to the language barrier we had to use a translator app before communication became easier. There were complimentary tea and drinks in the lobby, but this wasn't mentioned at check-in. After our long flight, I had to ask if they were free before helping myself. Once we were able to communicate, the staff, especially Uncle Manting, were helpful when needed. The room was basic and smaller than it appeared in the online photos. The frosted glass bathroom wall offered very little privacy when travelling with someone other than your partner. Breakfast had a good variety of mainly Asian and vegetarian dishes, although many of the hot options were quite oily. We appreciated the complimentary herbal foot-soak tea bags and wooden foot tubs in the room, which were a lovely touch after a long day. The location was convenient, close to District 1, with easy taxi access to the other districts. Overall, it was an average stay for the price

The property was in a very convenient location to the YiWU market. The hotel rooms were clean but beds were uncomfortable. People smoked in their rooms and smoke smell was in the entire floor where we stayed. We stayed for 3 day and last day we were very congested and couldn’t breath. Maybe other floors are better but third floor is a smoking floor.

The place is near the fair and well-situated to many places. It's difficult to communicate with the personnel since they barely speak English. Someone in the room next to mine ran water from 5 a.m. to almost 8 a.m. I went to complain about it, unfortunately, no one could understand what I was saying. They seem to be nice people, but it is impossible to communicate properly with them.

Kackerlackor på rummet. Slitet hotell och definitivt INTE fyrstjärnigt. Släpper in okända till hotellet. Vi fick några skumma typer som knackade på aggressivt på hotellrummet första dagen. Ingen i personalen verkade bry sig. Maten var inte så fräsch. Hoppade frukost andra dagen och åt annanstans. Rekommenderar inte om man inte vill ha något tillfälligt för att gå till Buissnes Trade Center som ligger i närheten.

O hotel fica muito próximo do distrito 1-2 na cidade, tem lavanderia sem custo, facilidades na região, muitas lojas de joias na áreas, farmácia , cabeleireiro e massagens de pé! Recomendo um ótimo café da manhã também!
